Payment

For Meeting Rooms, payment or a deposit (see below) must be received 5 days prior to reservation date to prevent the desired space from being released for another booking. For Room reservations made with less than 5 days notice, payment must be received the next working day.

Office space that is reserved on a monthly basis is to be paid monthly in advance. Invoices for other services are expected to be settled within 30 days of Invoice Date.

All charges are subject to GST and PST Taxes

Major Credit Cards or Money Orders or Checks are accepted.


Estimated Charge

The Estimated Charge is calculated at the time of the Reservation and is communicated to the party making the reservation. The Estimated Charge is equal to the cost of the Services that are being reserved.


Deposit

A deposit is levied at the time a reservation is made and is equal to 20% of the Estimated Charge.


Cancellations
  • More than 3 months... Full refund
  • Between 1 and 3 months... The Deposit is forfeited
  • Between 7 and 30 days... The Deposit is forfeited and an additional 20% of the Estimated Charge is invoiced
  • Less than 7 days... In addition to the Deposit the total balance of the Estimated Charge is invoiced

Facilities Use

Meeting Room users are responsible for room set-up and takedown. Preparation time will be part of the rental time and charged at the hourly rate. Rooms must be left in original configuration.

Abuse of property including equipment and furnishings will result in charges to cover repair and/or replacement as well as loss of use expenses.


Prohibited Substances

Smoking, the use of Restricted Substances as well as the use of Alcohol or open flames are prohibited
